We periodically make improvements to your Noopl through Device Updates. We encourage you to always allow us to perform the update when prompted to ensure the best possible performance.
If the update never begins or stops/stalls once you initiate the update, wait a minute or so to make sure there simply wasn't an Internet interruption. If there is still no progress, this is what we suggest:
- Disconnect your Noopl device from your iPhone
- Close the Noopl Listen app
